Human Resources Management System

Our Consultant was asked to procure and implement a HR Management System and ensure a rigorous approach to the transfer of employee data and testing.

This work required the project to be fully researched and scoped.  The HR system selected had to be able to effectively manage and manipulate a large amount of employee data, learning and development records, the organisation’s performance management process and be accessible to managers and leaders from across the organisation.  Our Consultant worked with the HR team from the organisation to lead the project and ensure that the project was delivered within time and budget.

The delivery of a fit for purpose HR system marked the successful end of the project.

HR Lead on Change Management Project

The organisation was required to make significant savings to ensure its long term sustainability.  This required the HR team to carry out a large scale restructuring programme, a series of redundancies and deliver subsequent changes to terms and considitions of employment.

Our Consultant played a key role in working alongside the organisation’s HR team, Senior Management team and Managers to ensure the project was delivered in a legally compliant way and within the agreed timescales.  Due to the scale of the changes required this project proved to be very complex.  Our Consultant was able to add value to the project through ensuring that the project was organised and delivered in the most effective way to cause the minimum risk and disruption to the business.

HR Project Lead on Reward and Benefits Project

Following an organisation wide restructure it was necessary to conduct a strategic review at various company wide benefits, policies and procedures.  As a result of this review the organisation decided to make substantial changes to its Reward, Retention and Benefits packages.

This project required our Consultant to work alongside the HR team and other key stakeholders to review and deliver whole-scale changes across the organisation.
