HR Audit and Review of HR Policies, Procedures and Processes

Client Requirement:

The client asked Lindsay to conduct a strategic review of all HR policies and procedures, performance management systems and company induction processes.  This work was commissioned by the organisation to ensure that a full suite of HR policies, procedures and systems were in place which met legislative and regulatory requirements.

The service provided by our Consultant:

Intrinsic HR conducted a full audit of existing HR information and then reviewed and developed a full suite of HR policies and procedures.  Lindsay designed and implemented a full performance management process and an appraisal process.  Induction processes across the organisation were also reviewed.

The Outcome:

This piece of work resulted in the successful implementation of a full suite of HR documents which were an appropriate fit in terms of content, employment law and style for the organisation.
